Smooth Festival of Chocolate at the Rocks

The smooth Festival of Chocolate is back in 2015 and this year we are pleased to announce our Talent ambassadors Adriano Zumbo & Anna Polyviou.

The smooth Festival of Chocolate is your chance to indulge in two days of decadent desserts, experience The Callebaut test kitchen hosted by our very own Cameron Daddo with live cooking demonstrations from Julien Pouteau, (Executive Chef, InterContinental Sydney Double Bay) Christopher Thé (Blackstar Pastry) and Jean Michel Raynaudto to name a few.

Along with the Callebaut test kitchen the smooth Festival of Chocolate will also feature Sydney’s finest exhibitors from Gelato Messina, Love dem apples, MakMak Macarons and plenty more.

Launched in October 2014 the smooth Festival of Chocolate is set to be bigger and better in 2015.
