Kingsway's Student Support Services Guide is available to all who are seeking information related to (use the download button on your right):

- Legal support, including sexual abuse etc 

- Work-related issues, including unfair dismissal etc

- Study-related issues, including a situation when the college makes a mistake etc. 

-  Accommodation arrangements

- Water, Gas, Energy emergency etc.

- Counselling (mental or health issues)

- Tax-related issues

- and many more. 

The Student Services Officer will assist you with finding suitable accommodation and can help you with a wide range of issues, including buying a mobile phone, finding employment, legal and financial problems, counselling, recreation, etc.

The Student Welfare Officer and Marketing Officer are also available to discuss, in strict confidence, difficulties and personal problems that you might have from time to time.
